Tomorrowland 2022 has returned in a grand manner, following two years of hiatus because of the pandemic. In addition to the renowned Belgian electronic dance music festival expanding to three weeks in 2022, it will hold a massive number of 700 artists throughout the show.
The Tomorrowland 2022 roster was announced Thursday, February 10. It features the a-list dancers in the world, with Alesso, Above & Beyond, Nicole Moudabe, Diplo, Amelie Lens, Marshmello, Purple Disco Machine, Martin Garrix, Vintage Culture, and many more attending the event.
The show will include Eric Prydz performing his most awaited HOLO show, which will come back following a four-year break in June at the UK’s Creamfields South prior to going to Belgium. Throughout the first weekend of Tomorrowland 2019, Prydz performed his enormous Holosphere show. The set was dismissed on the second weekend because of technical difficulties though.
Tomorrowland 2022 will also witness the comeback of DJ Diesel, the DJ project of Shaquille O’Neal. In 2019, O’Neal gained traction following the filming of his moshing to bass music at Tomorrowland 2019.
The festival will occur in the Belgian cities of Boom and Rumst on July 17 – July 15, July 22 – July 24, and July 29 – July 31. The event is hosted in Boom, but the camping area is near Rumst.
The 2021 festival ticket holders will automatically have their passes moved over to the 2022 event. New tickets have gotten available and are currently on sale, with the third weekend added to the show. The third weekend is held to recuperate the losses drawn throughout the pandemic.
Tomorrowland holds 75,000 attendees per day and is thought to be among the world’s most prominent dance music festivals.
