Haley Faye Rosenthal’s powerful voice paired with her remarkable lyricism captivates audiences and stops listeners in their tracks. For the 22-year-old, creating music means unapologetically expressing her raw and unfiltered emotions in a way that resonates with people.
From a young age, Haley began viewing the artistic world as an escape from reality. So she naturally gravitated towards it to create her own escape for herself and others. After recently graduating from Boston Conservatory at Berklee College of Music, she immediately moved to New York City to pursue her artistic endeavors.
Upon getting to the Big Apple, Rosenthal started to connect with other passionate songwriters, musicians, and vocalists.
When much of the city was shut down, she managed to find others who shared her passion for music and used outlets like Zoom and Skype to get writing sessions in and create what she now has as her newest single, “Tic Tac Toe”. A melodic driven up-tempo pop tune that is sure to grab the attention of the listener. Taking moments from her life and putting them into words, this song has meaning to Rosenthal, and she believes it will also connect to the listener.
“I make music from my heart, I write lyrics with personal meaning as I enjoy music that feels real to me so I wanted to deliver that to my fans, something they can personally connect with”, says Rosenthal.
As Rosenthal heads into the end of what has been a very hard year for most, she is lining up shows and performances for 2022, having fine-tuned her craft for the last year, she is now ready to shine and make New York City her musical playground.
