Being a creator comes with many sacrifices, and sometimes, taking the bull by the horns may be required to fully thrive in one’s essence. Many gifted talents spend significant time nurturing other people’s gifts while suppressing theirs. As noble as it sounds, not everyone wants to do that, and in some cases, some believe they can thrive while helping others thrive too. MC Luna Trine believes strongly in the latter, which spurred him to take his journey into his hands as he boldly steps into the spotlight as a music artist.
The New York City-born artist has been in the creative world since he was young, drawing and painting from an early age until he entered high school. Then, in college, he took up photography and videography and landed gigs with many models around New York City. These gigs exposed him to further opportunities, including the chance to shoot at fashion shows and various entertainment events.
Having spent a few years projecting the best images of various talents ranging from models to artists and other key personalities in the entertainment industry, MC Luna Trine decided it was time to step out of the shadows into the spotlight. So he got into the studio and created his first song, “Aura For Me,” a song that talks about connecting with someone else based on their aura and energy. He loved the process of creating music and started working on his next song right after, which he titled “Come With Me To The Moon.”
Since he took up entertainment as a career, MC Luna Trine has discovered the other areas he wants to thrive in and has since taken up travel vlogging. With his music career taking off and frequently putting him on the road, he is enjoying the traveling aspect and creating another brand for his adventures and various experiences worldwide.
Being a creator who has worked with people from all backgrounds has simplified MC Luna Trine’s perspective of life. His sole focus is to bring art to life in any form possible and connect with real people through multiple dimensions. “Being a former photographer that has shot with many celebrities and public figures has shaped me to see everyone the same way. I don’t view people based on their status or success. I understand that building with anyone who is willing to build with you is more important than how well-known the person is. Also, my openness and nonjudgmental view of people’s creativity has made me open to working with other people from all walks of life,” he said.
With authenticity and honesty as his core qualities, MC Luna Trine hopes to keep connecting with people walking different journeys and relating with them in any capacity. Over the next few years, he sees himself still creating and connecting with other creators as he establishes his name in the entertainment industry. He hopes to inspire other upcoming creators and talents and give them reasons to keep pursuing their dreams. “I want people to be inspired to create. There are many art forums, and it’s okay to change what you do to find your passion. It’s okay to start a new journey. It’s okay to want to go from behind the camera to stepping out into the front of the camera and creating work based on your own voice,” he said.
